Daylight saving brings
great evening training conditions
It doesn't get much better that training at Hobsons Bay, whether
it is the evening views of the city or bush tracks of
Newport Lakes joining our groups is a fantastic way to enjoy running and improve your fitness. Now with daylight saving we will have evening daylight from October until March.
Tuesday Nights from 6.15pm the run starting around 6.25pm we have a group that runs 7km on a run from the Newport club rooms to the Timeball and back.
This can be run at the pace of your choice from easy to a serious tempo run.
Thursday Nights from 6.15pm you can join a track group interval session where you concentrate on learning to improve your pace and stamina. Come along and experience training that will improve runners of all levels. If intervals aren't your go, run 7km to the Time ball as per Tuesday.

Sunday Mornings a group meets at 8am at Newport Lakes
for a bush run up to 15k or further for those who are keen for
more details contact Mark on 0413 177 388.
All these runs will dramatically help your running and your wellbeing. The friendship and support you get from training
with others of ALL abilities.
